My sessions provide a compassionate, grounded space for reflection, emotional processing, self-discovery, and personal growth. Together, we explore what feels stuck, overwhelming, painful, or unclear, while creating space for greater self-awareness, self-trust, and emotional well-being.

My work is rooted in compassionate listening, emotional attunement, nervous system awareness, and honest conversation.

Depending on your needs, sessions may include:

There is no rigid formula and no expectation that you arrive with everything figured out. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to create a supportive space where clarity, insight, and self-trust can emerge.


What a Session Looks Like

Sessions are held online via video and last approximately 60 minutes.

We begin by exploring what feels most present or important for you that day. From there, the session unfolds naturally based on your needs, experiences, and goals.

Some sessions may feel like deep conversation. Others may include emotional processing, nervous system support, or guided practices designed to help you reconnect with yourself.

You do not need to prepare anything in advance. You only need to show up exactly as you are.
