Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping, is one of my favorite tools for healing. I used tapping for a quicker return from grief as well as found it powerful in getting me present, and working through any pain that sits idle in my body. It is an amazing tool that everyone should learn how to use!
Tapping provides relief from things like stress, grief, and anxiety. Tapping can also help with physical relief from aches and pains and break cycles that cause discomfort.
I will teach you the basic concepts of tapping and help you get set up with what areas you want to work on. I will also work with you on your setup and remember phrases which are used in the tapping process. We will talk about benchmarking and how to uniquely use tapping in your life. We will then do some practice tapping to get you familiar with the concept.
The practice consists of using your fingertips to tap on specific meridian points while talking through emotions. Like all things in the Universe, your body is composed of energy. Your body is introduced to energy disruption you experience negative physical and emotional symptoms. You can mend this disruption by restoring the balance of your body’s energy. Tapping is an amazing tool to restore the body’s energy balance and feel quick relief from emotional and physical discomfort.
